• I forgot my password. As long as you know your email address and the church has record of it, that should not be a problem. Click the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen and click the "Lost your password?" link on the form. Follow the steps, and you should have a new password in no time. If that does not work for you or you do not have an email address, please email us as noted above, and we will get you taken care of.
• I forgot my username. If you forgot your username, the fastest path is to contact your church staff. If that is not possible, simply email us as noted above, and we will be happy to help.
• The website is doing something strange. We make every effort to support the latest browsers as well as older internet browsers for people who have not yet upgraded. This site should work well on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.5+, Firefox 3+, Opera 10+, and Google Chrome 4+. If you are using one of those browsers and having a problem, we really need to hear about it. Please email us at get.help@demo.organizedchurch.com. Otherwise, you may be using a browser we have not specifically tested. We would love to hear from you as well; we are always looking for tests to ensure the best possible experience by all users.
